We often have multiple plates spinning at the same time, and go through high volume seasons. Going into the holidays, we pause to talk about body and soul care—the two being so intertwined and vital. Our needs are so different, but the need for rest and renewal is the same. As women we can get tangled up in body or soul issues because they’re closely intertwined. It’s hard to ignore one and focus on the other. The inspiration for this episode is to speak to some of the lies and get real about how we care and rest for our body and soul.
It’s not about guilt or shame, but about health and strength.
